My Values Framework
My values were clarified and strengthened during my Executive MBA program at Columbia. They guide how I lead, collaborate, and make decisions. This hierarchy reflects the principles I rely on — personally, academically, and professionally — to stay aligned with purpose and impact.
My values framework begins with the emotional outcomes that matter most: Happiness and Feeling Alive. These two states guide how I prioritize decisions, relationships, and opportunities. They serve as the anchor point for everything that follows in my hierarchy.
Happiness in my framework is shaped by two pillars: Significance and Health.
Significance grows through improvement, challenge, accomplishment, and disciplined work.
Health is supported by spirituality, love, adventure, camaraderie, and nature.
Together, they create the structure that fuels a meaningful and energized life.
My decision-making is guided by the REJA values I developed during my EMBA:
Authenticity, Quality, Service, Respect, Integrity, and Balance.
Paired with the Ikigai model, this framework helps me evaluate opportunities that align with my purpose and long-term fulfillment.
